DO YOU TEST ON ANIMALS?

No, we absolutely do NOT test our products on animals, we don't intend to start anytime soon either!

Our products are made and tested by us!

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY STUFF HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?

We don't want to keep you waiting, as soon as we've dispatched your order, we will send you an email confirming this. We will also send you a tracking number in order for you track your delivery until it has reached your doorstep.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You are allowed to change your mind after you have purchased an item and would want to return it or you might prefer to exchange your purchase with something else, this is absolutely fine. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us unused and in the same condition that you received it within 14 days from the date you receive it. It must also be in the original packaging.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Upon placing your order on our website, when selecting your method of delivery, the timings will be outlined to you at the checkout, it's usually 3-5 working days.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We're sorry BQLondon.co.uk is currently only delivering online orders to UK addresses (excluding the Channel Islands). We are also unable to process orders to a P.O Box address but we are working on international shipping so watch this space!

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS PREGNANCY SAFE?

Some of our products have essential oils in them and whilst some are safe for use during pregnancy we recommend that you seek medical advice from your GP or midwife to get the all clear before using products containing essential oils. 

We have highlighted the ones that are known to be unsafe for pregnant women on the product page to make it easier for you to determine whether a product is safe or not.

WHY DID I NOT RECEIVE A RECEIPT IN MY PACKAGE?

We are very conscious about wasting paper therefore we decided to email all receipts  as soon as you place an order. If you have lost your copy and would like another just drop us an email at info@bqlondon.co.uk or use the contact us form.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE A COMPLAINT?

If we have done something to upset you, we are very sorry and we are always looking to fix it and do right by our customers.
